Admin access
Sign in with your BikeNet support admin account to review beta applications.

Select applicants, then use Approve selected or Unapprove selected. Unapprove returns them to pending review. Actions include selected rows hidden by filters. Only approved applicants can be exported. No emails are sent.
Firmware testers need a BikeNet account using their signup email. Select users using the same checkboxes, then use the firmware buttons above. Firmware actions include selected rows hidden by filters; users without a matching account are skipped. Firmware administrators can approve or unapprove access. App approval and firmware access are managed separately.

Download selected Android testers as an email list.
Up to 2,000 per list. Import replaces the destination list, so use a dedicated list for this batch.

Download selected iPhone testers for an external testing group.
Email, first name, last name; no header. Names are included when provided at signup. Older applications may have blank names. Downloads include selected testers even if hidden by filters.
Import instructions ↗Exporting prepares a file. Invitations are sent from the testing consoles.
